Starting in Balmain, Bat Tech started offering computer repairs and onsite business support to local clients. As rapid expansion driven by attention to detail and quality service took place, the move was made to the current Surry Hills office.

As the business and technologies progressed, relevancy and being dynamic has played a key role including the upgrading of skill sets to now incorporate the latest smartphone and mobile devices, as well the move to cloud and hosted solutions, and general increase in client's demands of the technology they use.

The team at Bat Tech has grown from humble beginnings of one to now inlude a base level of 6 technicians, and a variety of other service consultants and project contractors that are utilised heavily as projects come about.
