Established in 2015, Barrel of Monks was the first production brewery in Boca Raton, with a focus on traditional Belgian-inspired ales. Founded by three friends who were passionate about beer, they spent years perfecting their recipes, and now operate a 20bbl brewhouse to manufacture and distribute their beers. While they continue to maintain a strong focus on Belgian-style beer, they have also expanded their offerings to include other styles. Despite the expansion, the brewery's commitment to quality and consistency remains a top priority, ensuring that every beer they produce is of the highest standard.
