Launched on April 20th 2015, Barrel Bar & Dining is the collaboration of sommeliers Stephen Thompson and Tony Binning.

Having worked together in Europe and Sydney, they are confident that they have a strong team at Barrel and we are excited to open a venue of their own. As locals, they feel that they know the area well and hope that Barrel will bring a new vitality to the neighbourhood as a place for people to come and enjoy quality food and try some interesting wines."
