About the Business

The path I had chosen when entering into Skin Care was one of change and challenge. Coming from a 25 year background that includes a Bachelors of Science degree in Business, then moving into Health and Wellness through Bodywork and Massage, I realized there was a demand to bring Skin Care into my business. Clients wanted additional services to help them feel healthier and confident, not only from the inside, but also from the outside.
Our hope is that we have created a Spa that offers old school services, back when there was no rush, where clients received the full hour for treatments in a fresh, relaxing and clean environment. A place that is affordable and makes customers feel safe and renewed.
Bare Matters wants the customer to walk away with an Experience, a Journey, a Difference. We have found that something has been lost over the years with Personal Touch and Services. Bare Matters focuses on those standards for it's Clients.

Our services are personalized that not only address the service asked for, but we also want to know what you think is causing the discomfort. We pride ourselves in regard to our business. We aim to provide the time to bring relaxation and health back to this industry. There is no rushing, and we are always concerned about the individual and we love to follow up to make certain all is going well with no hidden agendas to have anyone come back in. I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Business with Accounting and an interest in Law.  I chose to leave the corporate world and went into training for advanced Bodywork. I incorporated my Business skills into my own clinic in Burlingame, CA for 17 years. When I moved out to AZ I trained and became Certified as a Chiropractic Assistant (CA). I also acquired my Esthetics  training in which I became Certified and Licensed.
