BAKU is a Japanese Robata-style restaurant that showcases outstanding sushi and innovative Robata and Yakatori cuisine. It has an extensive list of sakes, cocktails and wines, along with beers on tap. The restaurant spotlights creative Japanese comfort food meant to be shared around the table. The bar on the second floor, BAKU Lounge features signature cocktails and offers a hip, late night venue for Southpark.

Robata means "around the fire." It is the signature cooking at the restaurant and is executed on grills originally designed centuries ago that burn specially sourced charcoal at over 800 degrees that give the food an appealing smoky flavor. The cuisine is clean and simple with the complexity highlighted in the technique and plate presentation.
