Babe's Plumbing, Inc. & Fire Sprinklers was founded by M.M. "Babe" Dalton in 1957. Even after over 60 years, Babe's is still family-owned and operated. Currently, Babe's son Joe is the owner and manages the company with his three sons, Joe Jr. (Contract Plumbing), Ryan (Fire Sprinklers), and Josh (Plumbing Service).

Joe serves the community as President of Babe's Plumbing, Inc. and as an active member of the community. He is a local business advocate, board member of local non-profit organizations, and member of multiple service groups. He brings more than 30 years of plumbing experience to serve in all areas of plumbing and fire sprinkler needs.  He believes in good work, done right and affirms Babe's slogan "good work is not cheap, cheap work is not good".  When he isn't working, he enjoys time with his wife of 43 years, four children, and eleven grandchildren.
