About the Business
B&J Body Shop Inc. originated under the name of B&J Motors in 1961 With approximately 10 employees and a fleet of only a few tow trucks, Rick Johnson and Steve Messner had their work cut out for them. Rick and Steve hired an ambitious tow driver, Dan Charlebois, in 1985. Dan worked his way up the ranks proving himself to be a viable business partner. He helped Rick and Steve build the body shop and tow company to it's present size of nearly 50 employees and 20+ trucks. Mike Passof and Sam Johnson joined forces with Dan in a new ownership group and have carried on with the same excellent customer service that has been the foundation of B&J since 1961.
