Awaken for Wellness was founded back in 2012 to empower people to take back their health with three core therapies: float therapy, massages, and sauna sessions. Our three core therapies are a strong foundation to begin or continue your journey: float therapy for the mental-emotional journey, full spectrum infrared saunas for the energetic and physiological healing, as well as our professional massage therapy and bodywork for our structural and muscular restoration. This is just the beginning. We are always evolving. We are dedicated to uncovering more ways for you to heal and grow so you can optimize your impact on the world.
