About the Business

ATAC Computers started is life as ATAC Computer Systems changing to its current name in August 2007. We are a family business looking after a variety of computers both domestic and business on a subscription (retainer) basis. While this service was offered to simplify accounting on our more regular clients it soon became the staple of how all our work was carried out. Clients liked that they could pay a monthly fee and have all their PC issues resolved within the total annual amount except for parts.

What inspired me to start this business was simply supplement my income while at university studying Computer Electronics and Systems. I had worked for a computer supplier and wanted to qualify some of the experience I'd gleaned. However, my methodology soon had clients passing my name on to their friends and my business grew from there.
