Having completed a Bachelor of Science (Major Human Physiology) after finishing high school, Ruben decided to study Personal Training. As a Personal Trainer he was fortunate enough to travel around the world. Highlights include spending 8 months sailing around the Caribbean Personal Training, presenting health/motivation seminars and teaching Spin Classes, Yoga and Pilates.
