Located behind a magnificent double-storey high brass door on one side of the hotel's rotunda, the bar serves over 50 cocktail selections, including the world renowned Bloody Mary invented at the legendary King Cole Bar at The St. Regis New York. At the same time, the bar also features a repertoire of more than 200 whiskies; these whiskies are carefully sourced from all over the world and the selection includes exclusive bottles from 1930s. Following in the footsteps of the group's flagship in New York, The St. Regis Singapore adopts its most famous cocktail, the Bloody Mary as a fitting tribute to our heritage. Unique to The St. Regis Singapore is a spicy concoction named Chilli Padi Mary, an inventive recipe that is described as a modern and contemporary adaptation of the original Bloody Mary. An ode to timeless classics loved the world over, Astor Bar invites guests to be tempted by Cosmopolitan, Martini, Mojito, Mai Tai and Margarita; all of which are well-mixed infusions of premium alcohol and spirits. Savour also classic cocktails including a premier collection of Whisky Sour. Wine lovers will be mesmerised by the state-of-the-art enomatic system, which showcases 16 distinguished wines served by the glass. Another highlight is the collection of the original Pablo Picasso lithographs that adorn the rich dark wood wall.
