About the Business

Toronto's first indoor, year-round artisan Market!

Daniel Cohen founded the Leslieville Market in July of 2011. Our Leslieville location is now a mainstay of the Queen East strip with over 60 local artists (some have been part of the Market community since day one!) calling 1114 Queen East their creative home. Our Leslieville location has been featured by many media outlets as the go-to spot for gifts in the 'hood.

In June 2013, Arts Market branched out west to the College Promenade neighbourhood. This location quickly found its feet and now has a whole host of regular customers. The College location also houses Vintage B. which houses around 15 vintage vendors.

In Feb. 2016, Arts Market opened its third location at 790 Queen East. With 2 thriving existing locations and a desire to spread the Shop Local message this was made possible. Nestled among some of the most delicious brunch spots in TO, our newest location is thrilled to be bringing unique gifts to Riverside.

Established in 2013.

Business Owner

Daniel C. (Business Owner)

Daniel traveled extensively, visiting over 25 countries from Asia to Europe eventually settling in Australia for 4 of them. There, Daniel began to explore his creative talents, inspired by the array of outdoor and indoor artisan collectives down-under; he set up his own business, As You See It Art - which is a combination of his collated travel photography and punny one liners.
