About the Business

I opened this location in March of 2008 and quickly became a favorite of the locals to come and get a great workout. Our original intent was to just offer a clean, modern and non-intimidating environment. Since then, we have expanded and remodeled our location to include amazing coaches for 1-on-1 Coaching as well as Small Group Fitness, all at a very reasonable price. Come down and take a look for yourself. You are gonna love this place!
