About the Business

All those years ago we started the business initially as a joint venture in social artsy little back street in Hackney Wick. With our founding principles based in sociability we offered both technical support coupled with a coffee bar and later fully fledged alcohol licence. Serving IT support through the day and chilled out vibes on an evening, with occasional live music and poetry readings to boot. This form factor was eventually more widely adopted, and we're proud to have trialed the first instance of IT support with fully licensed bar right along side. As the landscape of Hackney Wick changed we eventually parted ways with our original concept to form a sleeker fully tech orientated business model but we still encompass the very same open and friendly approach to tech support that we've had all along.

Upon moving to London I spent a few years working in tech sales on Tottenham Court Road, followed by some time spent as a small business IT manager. In 2010 I started working with my long time colleague and friend Matthew. Together we founded a small tech support company thats strongly based on the principles that technicians put first, personal professionalism, solution suitability, scientific method and fitness for purpose alongside due diligence and problem ownership. They might all just sound like buzzwords, but the tech support we offer is not sales based we stand by our customers in their technical issues and this gives us a unique model because we don't so much work for our clients and customers as we directly work with them. If that means fixing up an old timer iBook G4 or recovering critical data we're always there for our clients, and thats what really makes our business special - we like working here, and we love the work we do :)
