About the Business

Having initially worked in a large chain gym in Brighton, I quickly built up my client base to become the busiest personal trainer in the gym.

I decided that the next step was to become an independent personal trainer in Brighton and Hove to further my ambitions and provide more flexibility to clients. This move enabled me to use various outdoor locations across the city in addition to training clients at home.

Not only am I qualified to UK standards through the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS), I am also qualified to the more stringent US standards through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Holding a 1st Class Honours Degree from the University of Sussex, coupled with 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry sets me apart from other local personal trainers. I work with people of all ability levels and know that whatever your background and current level of fitness there is always something you can do to improve your health and vitality, which will in turn reward you many times over as you find that you have more energy and can enjoy life to a much fuller extent.
