The Salon was established in 2016 along with the redevelopment of Centro Shopping Centre in Cranbourne, which is now known as Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre. The salon changed ownership in 2017, now under an owner operated salon (not a franchise or investor operated business). The benefit to customer is that we really do care for our customers.

I have been her a qualified hairdresser for the past 12 years. During this time span, I have witnessed a declining standards in customer service under investor operated salons. Where the owner of the business is not a qualified hairdresser, but just an investment vehicle for their wealth creation. The result is both staff and customers are short changed for financial benefit. I acquired Ambience  Cranbourne to bring back the passion and heart back to hair dressing. Sure it is a business for me as i have put my life's savings into this venture but i think there has to be a balance... after all, we are artists and we want to make our clients look their best through our skill and experience as hairdressers and beauticians and for rendering such service we must be duly rewarded.
