Prior to the formation of All About Technology, Willie found himself providing help to a great number computer users, after work. When he asked the computer users why they hadn't hired a professional to do the work, he consistently received the same answers:

I'm afraid they'll lose the data on my machine
I don't really know who to call

After a while, Willie realized that the computer market really wasn't being properly served at all, and made a goal to create a company that would address these concerns by:
