Lou began his automotive training with Honda Canada's Pilot class of '93 HAP (Honda Apprenticeship Program). Upon graduation Lou distinguished himself academically and received two prestigious awards.  The first being from Honda Canada for achieving the highest mark in the program and the 2nd from Centennial College.  The Ray Thompson award was also given to Lou for Outstanding Education Excellence.  In his spare time Lou runs a full home audio/video studio.  He has had his music/media reproduced over 100,000 times being set into over 30 different children's toys distributed worldwide.
