About the Business

I started out, back in 2004 teaching aerobics and working as a gym instructor and have gradually developed my Pilates business along side my other interests.
After 10 years of teaching Mat based Pilates, I am now qualified to teach Reformer and more recently I have qualified to teach ore Pilates equipment: the Wunda Chair and the Spine Corrector.
I am also a trained Biomechanics Coach

We teach Pilates classes and teach Reformer Pilates and Matwork on a 1:1 basis. We offer Community Matwork classes at Beginner, Improver and Intermediate level and we offer specialist Men Only and Women Only classes and classes for the Over 60s We offer classes in Crossgates over in East Leeds, and West Park over in the North West of Leeds and in Moortown, Meanwood and Adel in the North. The studio is in LS8 in the Chapeltown/Chapel Allerton area and as well as offering 1:1 sessions we run Back Care Pilates courses.
