Joe and Kristin Severson started their small family business in 2010 as Cool Hands Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC. After 6 years of successfully building their home-based business, it was clear that they were growing too big for just the two of them. Thus, they decided to partner with family members, Rick and Eileen Jones, and buy the franchise Aire Serv of Houston Northwest, serving Cypress and surrounding areas. They chose Aire Serv because the values of the parent company were perfectly aligned with their own, to provide fair, honest and ethical service in the HVAC industry.
