Ricky started out as a helper in 1998 learning the industry. After a year of apprenticeship and working with certified technicians, he began installing equipment and duct work. In 2001 he became the Install Manager of a respected company in South Carolina. In his free time, Ricky began to learn the service side and to repair AC units. He also started taking on-call rotations and any service call he could get. After a lot of hard work, he was promoted to a Service Technician. After two years of working as a service technician, and many good reviews, he became Service Manager and earned state qualifications, awards for his diligent and timely work, and was well known throughout the community. Ricky moved to Jacksonville in 2005, with letters of recommendation from his previous employers and found a job managing and operating a well known AC company in Jacksonville Beach. Between 2005 and 2012 he was again awarded with a number of awards and state qualifications for the state of Florida.
