About the Business

We started out as Three Life Long Friends, A Dream and a Food truck. We grew the business into three trucks, a catering business and now our first Brick and Mortar Locations. When Chef Tom, Kyle and Michael started all they wanted to do was create a concept based on Gourmet Food on the road! They are Shadow Mountain and Shea Middle School Alumni and happy to be back in the neighborhood.

When it came down to choosing the restaurant location, it was easy. Let's go back to where it all started: the neighborhood where we grew up, 32nd Street and Shea. Chef Tom D'ambrosio started Aioli Gourmet Burgers with Kyle Hollenbeck and Michael Cartolano. Chef Tom is a Norther Arizona University Hotel Restaurant Management Graduate as well as a Culinary Institute of America Grad. He then went on to the Greenbrier a 5 Diamond Resort where he studied with Master Chef Richard Rosedale.
