About the Business

Dr. Tara worked as an associate for Dr. Maureen Henderson, a highly regarded Chiropractor in the Brampton area, for 2 years before finally purchasing the practice in January 2014. Since then Advanced Vitality has grown to include 2 registered massage therapists, an athletic therapist, two Ideal Protein coaches and another chiropractor. Her sister Lyndsay and husband Chris have also become integral parts of the family run practice.

Welcome to Advanced Vitality! ​ Founded in January of 2014 by Dr. Tara Sutton, Advanced Vitality has grown from a part-time Brampton Chiropractor to a busy full-time wellness centre providing services to families in Mississauga, Caledon, Georgetown, Milton and Toronto. Our highly respected all female staff offer an extensive range of Chiropractor and Massage Therapy services, with specialized training and certification in chiropractic and registered massage therapy care for the pediatric and pregnant populations. Dr. Tara Sutton is a chiropractor in Brampton focusing on Family Health and Wellness as well as injury care and prevention. She received an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario and graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario. Inspired by her personal athletic experience as an elite competitive dancer, she has attained numerous continuing education credits in sports therapy, fascial and muscle release and rehabilitation. Motivated by her own pregnancy and the birth of her twin girls in 2015, Dr. Sutton has Prenatal Certification in the Webster Technique. She also has specialized Pediatric education and is currently completing the 400 hour Diplomate Certification with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
