With a backgound in Athletics, Weight-Lifting, and Body Building in 2012 I decided to use my experience to help others achieve their fitness goals.  I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer at the Reebok Centre in Canary Wharf in May 2013.  I also have Level 3 qualifications in Nutrition for Sport.
