About the Business

Steve apprenticed as a mechanic in his youth-moved forward to work in other mechanical trades & eventually became a mechanical engineer.
After several years of designing he began to miss the hands on work & servicing people on a personal level. Having spent his career problem solving, assembling, designing & repairing a variety of products this made his decision to educate/ train & become a certified locksmith an enjoyable & suitable transition for him.
Steve is very passionate about what he does & eager to learn about new products & technology as they emerge. He loves being able to help others in times of need & is willing to go the distance for someone in crisis.

Kim started out as a nurse then moved into customer service. She has always taken pride in doing all she could to meet the needs of her clients. She is at her best when helping and serving others. Our motto "Customer Service is KEY" is the foundation that Steve and Kim live by.
