My testimony: Had L-4-5 herniated disk went back into place seeing my therapist who invited me to her class, taught me her Myoflexxion techniques that helped me. I learned how to get rid of sciatic nerve pain due to epideral needle damage, flush breast tissue for headaches due to mastectomies and implants, get rid of turned ribs, frozen shoulder, knee, neck problems and much more. Now I have learned many new ways of applying these techniques to release the whole spine with this body work.

I started at first at 6-8 locations doing 5 minute free chair massage and having new clients come for table massage at places like Lady Spa of America, West Plano Athletic Club, Fitness Factory.

I have done chair massage and Reflexology for Corporations: PepsiCo, Alcatel, Wilson's Furniture and Business Machines, Ericsson Wellness Event, Plano Senior's Wellness Events, Mother's of Multiples, a dentist office in Allen. Other events too numerous to remember.

Abundant Life Medical Massage is celebrating 25+ years in business. I am a Wellness Center , nutrition counseling. Past owner of 2 other businesses: Sunflower Grocery (health store) and Forrest Realty. My degree is a B.A. in Early Childhood Education. Due to 46 years of nutrition counseling, I have been able to solve problems, invent solutions for human and pet concerns. I tell my clients it is like one stop shopping as I have answers for many of their nutrition questions, do natural facials that exfoliate existing wrinkles and remove dirt & sun damage to prevent future aging. I rid sciatic nerve, low back problems including broken tailbone.I am constantly improving the way I work on massage clients. Often 50-100% release the first time.  I passionately love what I do!  Now in: contoured soft memory foam pillow sleep on a cloud..for self or gift for others.
