A Touch of Grace was opened opened May 10, 1996 in the childhood home of Kathy's mother, Grace Bova. It was Grace's dream to have a store here but she never saw it realized. After their mother passed away, Kathy, her brother Tony, and her sister Ann knew the dream had to be made a reality.

Our family-owned boutique has been Northern New York's destination for amazing gowns and great service since 1996. In 2020 we shifted gears and changed with the times making our store more customer friendly and our prices more affordable. We have two seating areas with leather couches and a coffee bar. We added Bridal Gowns that are $99.00-$799.00 and formals that are $399.00 and under. All gowns are available with one week delivery.We present quality gowns at fabulous prices! We still carry Catholic essentials: visor clips, crucifixes,medals, Rosaries, and Christening gifts.

Kathy has been in retail for over 30 years. Her goal is to make each customer feel beautiful by finding the perfect dress that is in their budget. She is a mentor with the Miss New York State Pageant and many pageant winners seek her expertise in choosing "that winning gown." She is the creator of the Children's Miracle Network "Teens for Miracles" Fashion Show and over the last ten years has raised over $20,000 for this local charity. She is the director of the Miss Italia Pageant and is currently mentoring 14 young women. She believes women need to work together to bring out the best in each other.
