Founded in 1990, Seven One Seven Parking Services, Inc., HPM's parent company, was created by twin brothers John and Jason Accardi. Initially, they started up their business with a friend as a way to pay for college tuition at Florida State University. Upon graduation, they realized top performance at Seven One Seven Parking Enterprises had become a personal passion and their business had a future in providing innovative, efficient, and cost-effective parking management and transportation solutions. The company has grown from a simple three-man operation to a national industry leader because our founding vision has remained the same -- to create the best customer experience possible.
