Our state-of-the-art gym equipment is designed for every type of member. Whether it is someone looking to lose excess body fat, build muscle or simply to tone, we have something for you. With LCD TV's on every piece of cardio equipment, you are sure to have no excuses to want to leave once you are here. All of our floors, Olympic plates and free weights are rubber coated forays use and lower impact. A huge aerobics studio gives you all day access to an unlimited amount of exercise equipment as well as access to our aerobics classes such as Yoga, Pilates and Muscle Pump. Medicine balls, resistance bands, trampolines, mats, and exercise balls are also all available. Last but not least, our training studio gives members a chance to burn off those extra calories with boxing and mixed martial arts classes available through the week.
