About the Business

2110 Fitness is the result of a life long passion for fitness and courage to follow our dreams. On March 3rd, 2007, we received a phone call that would forever change our lives. Our father had suffered a major heart attack weeks before retirement requiring a life altering emergency surgery. Without question we flew to South Africa to be with him, staying for several months to assist in his rehabilitation to gain the strength for the journey home. The several long months in South Africa gave us time to reflect on the path our Father had taken and the opportunities that lie ahead for us.

"One small piece of advice from our parents would be the birth of 2110 Fitness. They told us to follow our dreams and we can accomplish whatever we set our minds to."

2110 was the number of our house. 2110 is now the number of our business. 2110 is our family. We believe that family is not limited by blood, but by the people who will support you in any endeavor you take on. Welcome to the 2110 family.

Beyond the hours on the training floor he spends just as much time reading about physiology and biomechanics in order to achieve optimal results for everyone.
