Reshape is our most gruelling workout. Prepare to be mentally + physically challenged, with quick fire rounds of high-powered treadmill sessions, dynamic dumbbell sequences and a whole lot of endorphins. It's 45 minutes you won't regret. Rumble is a hard-hitting session incorporating explosive speed, footwork, strength but most of all willpower. 45 minutes of sound and energy, it's a boxing battle between you and your bag. Plus, post-grind workout shakes are available from the 1R Bar along with spacious changing facilities, premium skincare products and sports-luxe retail. Boxing glove rental is free and you'll get your first pair of wraps free to take home too. 1Rebel can also be found in St Mary Axe (Liverpool Street), Bayswater, Victoria, Angel, Holborn, Hammersmith and South Bank.
